PCB Design Technical Support

Suggesting and assessing suitable materials, designing impedance modules, specifying insulation gaps and track widths. Validation of Data and Documentation Supplied

When processing your PCB data, we carry out complete review of the documentation supplied as well as design rule checking. We confirm data correctness without any technical or technological unclarities. If we detect an issue, we document the error and suggest the most efficient correction thereof either to be applied by us or by the customer.

Final Impedance Measurement in Production Coupons

After the production proper, we measure the impedances in production coupons using the CITS900s4 system to generate a test report. We may also devise small corrections for serial production.
