PCB PRODUCTION

We make single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer printed circuit boards, also for special applications.

Our current production scheme is mostly focused on just that: STATE-OF-THE-ART PROTOTYPE PCB EXPRESS DELIVERIES, that is within 24 hours. We can make boards with CONTROLLED IMPEDANCE, HIGH DENSITY INTERCONNECT (HDI), BLIND, BURIED and THROUGH-BOARD VIAS, µBGA, and MICROWAVE printed circuit boards. All of the above while using a wide range substrate materials from Tg 135°C (FR4) through Tg 180°C (PCL370HR) to Tg 200°C (I-Tera MT40).

 

Technological capabilities

Data formats

You can send your data files to CUBE CZ by email or provide them for download to an FTP server or cloud storage service. There should be no executable files (*.exe, *.com) submitted together with the data files. The standard file format that we process are ODB++, Gerber 274x, Gerber, Barco, Excellon, Sieb & Meyer, and many others as agreed (such as Eagle, dxf, hpgl…).
 

 

We do prefer ODB++ or Gerber 274x.

 

 

 

Production of printed circuit boards with controlled impedance

We provide professional technical support to design and production of printed circuit boards with controlled impedance. PCB design technical assessment, selection of suitable materials, production of the PCB including final testing and impedance measurement on test coupons from production that are part of every controlled impedance PCB production panel.

 

Why printed circuit boards with controlled impedance?

Today’s electronic devices increasingly process signals at frequencies of hundreds of MHz or GHz. Attenuation, distortion, and reflection in impedance mismatched transitions has to be prevented in transmission paths for such signals. Constant impedance must be achieved all along from the signal source as far as the target circuits (BGA, µBGA, CSP, etc.).
The printed circuit board is part of this transmission path (its conductors) and it is therefore necessary to use boards with clearly defined guaranteed impedances.
